General terms and conditions – camping/pitch
- The space is available on the day of arrival at 12:00.
- If you arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact us in advance so we can make arrangements.
- The pitch must be vacated on the day of departure before 12:00.
- The rental price is excl. electricity – must be purchased.
- Distance requirements according to current legislation – min. 1.50 meters from the boundary.

General terms and conditions – cabins and mobile homes
- Check-in takes place from 15:00.
- Cabins must be left clean by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
- Final cleaning can be booked at the reception – no later than 2 days before departure
- The final cleaning fee is € 42,- (mobile homes and cabin no. 1–3, however, € 69,-).
- The rental price includes electricity and water consumption
- Bed linen must be brought along.
- Bed linen can also be rented for € 6,94 per set per stay (while stocks last)
- The price is excluding final cleaning.
- Dog supplement: € 17,-/day

Waste management
All waste must be sorted and disposed of in the containers provided.
The containers provided are clearly marked by waste type.
Wind and kitesurfing
Due to birdlife, wind and kitesurfing is only permitted from Pentecost until 1 September.
- All traffic on the fjord must be within the markings.
- Crossing the reserve boundary will result in expulsion.
- If you’re unsure, please ask at reception.
Dogs at the campsite:
Of course, dogs need a vacation too – bring them along to Bjerregaard Camping. Dogs are very welcome at Bjerregaard Camping, and the nature of West Jutland is a perfect playground for the 4 legged ones. The North Sea is a 10-minute walk from the campsite, and it’s just 8 km to a lovely dog forest in Blåbjerg Klitplantage.

Charging an electric car
To avoid overloads on the campsite’s power grid, charging cars on the campsite is not allowed. (Violation will result in a fee of € 69,-.)
There is a fast charger about 300 metres away (in the car park by the shop south of Bjerregaard Camping), so you can charge your car. Payment by credit card is possible.
In addition, there are several charging stations in both Hvide Sande and Nymindegab.
WiFi – wireless internet
There is free internet for all our guests. You can connect to our internet system in almost the entire campsite – some disruptions may occur.
The system can be used on all media – such as laptops, smartphones and tablets.

Competition rules
General terms and conditions for participation in competitions, prize draws and awards organised by Bjerregaard Camping.
Responsibility for, scope of validity of, and acceptance of the general rules below for participation in competitions, etc.
1.1. These general rules for participation in competitions, prize draws and awards (hereinafter collectively referred to simply as “competitions”) that are organised and carried out by Bjerregaard Camping.
1.2. Bjerregaard Camping reserves the right to set special rules for participation in selected competitions.
1.3. Competitions are organised by Bjerregaard Camping ApS.
1.4. By participating in competitions organised by Weissenhäuser Strand, the participant expressly and bindingly accepts the general rules for participation in competitions, etc.
Who can take part in Bjerregaard Camping’s competitions?
2.1. The competitions are open to all persons aged 18 or over. Excluded from participation are all employees of Bjerregaard Camping as well as their family members or cohabitants and their family members (from grandparents to grandchildren).
2.3. You may only participate once per person in each competition.
2.4. Participation in competitions is under no circumstances conditional on purchasing goods or services, or making a contribution or similar.
Prizes and awards
3.1. Prizes in the form of stays, canoe/SUP rental, etc. cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged for other prizes. Prizes cannot be transferred to others either.
3.2. Unless otherwise expressly stated in the specific competition conditions, the prize will be made available to the winner free of charge.
3.3. The final prizes and awards may in some cases differ in detail from the images and descriptions in the competition description, and variations may occur.
Exclusion of participants
6.1. Bjerregaard Camping reserves the right to exclude participants from competitions. This applies in particular in the event of deliberate breaches of the competition terms, or if participants have attempted to cheat or manipulate the competition, or have deliberately attempted to do so, or have used unauthorised aids.
6.2. Bjerregaard Camping may also exclude participants if there is reasonable suspicion that they have committed, or intended to commit, criminal acts, especially defamatory or hate-inciting acts towards people of another race, nationality, gender or religion.
Publication of names as part of marketing
7.1. Bjerregaard Camping is allowed to publish the name of competition winners on Bjerregaard Camping’s website or social media unless the winner has expressly requested that it not be published.
7.2. Competition winners are obliged to participate to a reasonable extent free of charge in image and text marketing in radio, internet or print media and to have their competition entries published free of charge in images, words or other text in a form relevant to the competition.
Interruption or termination of competitions
8.1 Bjerregaard Camping reserves the right at any time to interrupt or terminate ongoing competitions. This applies in particular in the event of force majeure or if the competition cannot be carried out or completed for other organisational, technical or legal reasons. In such cases, participants cannot make any claims of any kind against Bjerregaard Camping.
Liability
10.1. Bjerregaard Camping is not liable for incomplete or false information that has been passed on or distributed by competition participants and/or third parties in connection with their participation in the competition.
10.2. Bjerregaard Camping cannot accept any responsibility for all links and references in connection with the competition being correct and complete.
10.3 Bjerregaard Camping is not liable for any damage caused by disruption of technical systems or for delays or interruptions of any data transmissions related to participation in the competition or related to the use of any competition prize. Excluded from this limitation of liability are any claims for compensation resulting from injury to life, body or health, or due to essential contractual obligations.
Changes to the competition terms and conditions
Bjerregaard Camping reserves the right to change the competition conditions at any time and without prior notice.
Protection of personal data
13.1. All participants’ sensitive personal data is expressly stored and used only for the purpose of running and administering the relevant competition. Data is not passed on to third parties. This also applies to use for marketing purposes.
13.2. After the competition ends, participants’ data is immediately blocked and then deleted within the scope of the technical routines available. All participants are free to cancel their participation in the competition and their consent for their data to be stored and used in connection with the competition. Any cancellation can be sent by email to: info@bjerregaardcamping.dk
13.3. If data is cancelled, participation in the competition and any subsequent prize will of course no longer be possible.
Final provisions
14.1. In case of doubt, Danish law applies – venue is the Court in Holstebro.
14.2. Any deviation from these competition terms and conditions must be in writing to take effect. The same applies to any waiver of the requirement for written rules.
14.3. If one or more of the above provisions are or become wholly or partly invalid, inactive or unenforceable, all other provisions remain in force. Inactive provisions will be replaced by a corresponding valid provision. If rules are missing, both sets of provisions apply.
14.5. Any decisions cannot be appealed.

By participating you automatically accept the following conditions:
The photo competition is organized by Bjerregaard Camping
We will contact the winner and the winner’s name will be displayed on our website, on Facebook and on Instagram.
Bjerregaard Camping has the right to use submitted photos for marketing in print and electronic media, including Facebook, the website, posters, Instagram, etc.
The participant confirms that he/she holds all rights to the submitted photos, so that publication of the image does not harm a third party or infringe on individuals or personal rights.
The gift card must be used no later than the year after winning it and can only be used for full or partial payment of a stay at Bjerregaard Camping.
The gift card cannot be used for consumption costs, and any remaining balance on the gift card cannot be paid out.
The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
