RULES OF ORDER

Camp managers are responsible for maintaining order and are available if problems arise. The instructions of the camp managers must always be followed.

The device location:

  • Caravans, motorhomes, tents etc. must be placed at least 1.50 meters from the boundary of the unit space.
  • No buildings or free-standing antennas, flagpoles or other fixed structures may be erected on the unit site.
    • It is permitted to set up a storage tent of approx. 3 m² according to the camp manager’s instructions.
    • The awnings normally found in the trade may be erected – private fencing of the unit space beyond this is not permitted.
  • The unit space must not be disposed of in such a way that it permanently has an individual character.
  • Digging on the unit site may only be done by agreement with the camp manager.

Calm in the square

Please show consideration to other campers and be aware that noisy behavior is not allowed. The campsite must be quiet between 23:00 and 07:00.

Charging your car

To avoid breakdowns, it is not allowed to charge cars at the campsite. (violation will result in a payment of DKK 500,-).

There is a charging station about 300 meters from the campsite (in the parking lot at the gas station south of the campsite).

Driving

During your stay, all driving must be limited to what is necessary, and this necessary driving must always be done at walking pace (below 15 km/h).

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on a short leash. They must not make unnecessary noise and their waste must be removed.

Smoking is not allowed in ALL buildings. Please dispose of cigarettes in the ashtrays.

Windsurfing and kitesurfing:

Windsurfing and kitesurfing is only allowed from Whitsun to September 1.

All traffic on the fjord must be within the markings.

Violation of the markings will result in expulsion. If in doubt, please ask at the reception.

Bonfire, barbecue and gas grill:

The burning of bonfires and the use of barbecues etc. must be done in accordance with the Executive Order on fire protection measures for burning, use of fire, light, heat sources etc:

Bonfires and fire pits:

  • The burning of fires and use of the campfire site is only allowed with permission from the camp managers.
  • Burning bonfires of fire barrels etc. at the unit sites may only be done after permission from the camp commanders – and must be done at a safe distance from flammable liquids/substances.
  • When burning bonfires and fire barrels etc. great consideration must be given to the effects of wind and caution must generally be exercised to reduce the risk of fire.
  • Both during and after use, ensure that there is no risk of fire as a result of use.

Barbecue and gas grill:

  • When burning barbecues and gas grills, great consideration must be given to the effects of wind and caution must generally be exercised to reduce the risk of fire.
  • During extremely dry periods, all use of barbecues and gas grills may be prohibited. This will be done by separate signage.
  • Use the grill and gas grill at a safe distance from flammable liquids/substances.
  • Both during and after use, ensure that there is no risk of fire as a result of use.
  • Used coal and briquettes etc. must be placed in the container for this in the waste sorting area on the east side of the main building, and must not be thrown into nature or among other waste.
  • Barbecues on the barbecue terrace are free to use, subject to the above rules.

Location of fire extinguishing equipment

Hand-held fire extinguishers are located throughout the site – the locations are shown on the site map. Our guests are asked to inform themselves about the location of the nearest fire equipment. The fire extinguishing equipment may only be used in case of fire.

Responsibility

The campsite and its owners (camp managers) accept no responsibility for damage to or loss of campers’ belongings. Anyone who damages buildings, equipment or the belongings of fellow campers may be held liable according to the general rules of compensation.

Miscellaneous:

  • Show consideration and care for both nature and the environment – both depend on your protection.
  • The use of weapons and fireworks of any kind is prohibited on the site.
  • Trading on the campsite is only allowed with permission from the camp manager.
  • Shared facilities, i.e. toilets, laundry rooms, kitchen etc. must be left clean and tidy after use.
  • The waste bins provided on site must always be used.
  • Violation of the site rules may result in expulsion.

Seasonal pitches
For campers who have signed a seasonal, spring or fall pitch rental agreement, more detailed rules apply to the mobility of the caravan, the layout of the unit pitches, etc.
